ODEON 1 & 2/ABC

BOGNOR REGIS

(1994-2012)

The twin screen Odeon 1 & 2 opened within the parimeters of Butlin’s Holiday Camp (Butlin’s South Coast World) on 26th April 1994. Each screen has a seating capacity of 240.

They were never part of the Odeon Theatres circuit, but were named Odeon as Butlin’s were owned by the Rank Organisation. The general public (who were not resident guests at Butlin’s) could purchase a general admission ticket to the leisure park which also gave admission to the cinemas in the evenings.

In around 2000, the cinemas were re-named ABC. It was closed in late-2012 and demolished in 2013.
